First article
Documented dimensional check before production release.
Final inspection
Optical and digital comparators, height gauges, calibrated mics and thread gauges in a temperature-controlled room.
Finishing
Dedicated deburring stations and part marking. Outside processes such as heat treat, plating and coating through approved vendors only.
