Center-Line works with all of our customers' to provide the necessary inspection and documentation to meet their specific product needs. To further serve our customers needs and requirements, Center-Line is compliant & currently in-process of AS9100 Certification.

MAINTENANCE &
CALIBRATION
Center-Line's Machines are maintained on a regular basis to ensure quality precision parts are produced. Inspection equipment and gauges are assigned a unique serial number and checked regularly to ensure accuracy. Center-Line only utilizes calibrated and approved inspection equipment at all times, any questionable equipment is removed and sent to be re-calibrated if needed. Annual inspection equipment calibrations are performed by an independent lab that calibrates our equipment traceable to NIST standards.

CONTINUIOUS IMPROVEMENT
Center-Line is dedicated to continuous quality improvement. All components manufactured under go first article inspection, followed by stringent in process inspection routines and ending with final sample inspection. Our entire staff meets weekly to identify opportunities for improvement and to address corrective actions. Utilizing our ERP visual job tracking software all inspection documents along with job tracking, are logged daily and issues are addressed as they occur. Continuous improvement insures we deliver the highest quality precision components to our customers' with every order & every part.
Inspection
Documents
Inspection reports are created for each part. The report lists each feature, dimension, equipment used and tolerances that need to be inspected. All machined products are inspected by frequency per customer PO requirements. In addition updates and issues are logged daily utilizing our job tracking software.
Material
Verification
All purchased and customer supplied material is tagged & marked including material type, material size and heat numbers. Center-Line then logs all tags into our job tracking software. Purchased products are subjected to a visual inspection by our receiving inspector. In addition Center-Line Machining only utilizes approved vendors and sub-contractors.

Our quality control inspection department insures first article and final inspection reports. In-process reports are completed by our machine operators and double checked by our quality control inspectors, utilizing only calibrated and tested inspection equipment, we ensure quality is meet with accuracy every time.
