Since our founding in Northeast, Ohio November of 2007 Center-Line has taken pride in producing high quality custom products. Our staff of industry experienced Machinists, Engineers & Programmers have over 30 years of experience and a proven record of developing only the finest in machined precision components, while adhering to our customers precise specifications.

PRODUCTION PROMISE

Our CNC machine shop offers a variety of machining services, which cover the entire production process. Our main promise to our customers is to produce high quality precision parts, meet to their exact standards. We specialize in turning, milling as well as grinding and broaching. Parts are deburred in process and stamping services are also available.

Precision, quality, and risk reduction begin with a solid plan. From the moment we provide you with a quote, be assured that the production of your part has been meticulously planned. Your component parts will go through pre-production, in process and post-production oversight, including routing, inspection, material certification, and outside processing with our approved supplier list.

Center-Line promises to maintain detail and quality of every precision part that we manufacture per provided drawing specifications and PO requirements. Our planning, and quality control oversight processes & procedures ensure each machined component is produced to our customers exact specifications.

These exacting standards assure the highest quality for every part, every customer, every time. Through approved certified vendors, we also provide welding, laser cutting, heat treating, black oxide treatment, bead blasting, plating, phosphate coatings and painting services. Detail and quality is a main priority at Center-Line.

ON TIME PROMISE

Center-Line maintains a promise of on time delivery, if issues do arise during production we notify our customers as soon as possible to insure proper customer service at all times. Once your part is complete, Center-Line follows through with complete final inspection of every machined component produced. Certificates of conformance & Material Certifications are completed, assembly, customized packaging, and even delivery services are provided.
